If you are in a Metro city and it is well-connected with Indian Postal/Courier services, you will get books at least in 6-7 Working days from the date of despatch or processed from our end.
In Metro cities - there are pockets where courier services are not available, you will receive book(s) in 8-9 business days at least from the day of despatch from our end. In case of Registered Post, it depends upon the time taken by Indian Postal Service at least - 2 weeks from date the order has been processed from our end. For North-East India, North India, Andaman & Nicobar etc., it may take more days. Delivery time depends upon the time taken by courier or Indian postal service. Books are delivered through professional courier or Indian Postal Services.
We will provide you the despatch details. Genuine Publications and Media Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for the delay caused due to Courier or Indian Postal Service.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Genuine Publications and Media Pvt Ltd for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
Sometimes you will have paid for a book after finding the particular book in stock. But later within hours of time you may find the same book getting out of stock. Such cases do happen since our books get out of stock in hours. However, in that case Genuine Publications and Media Pvt Ltd will try to arrange the same book for delivery if it has gone for reprint; otherwise return the payment. Please note that the despatch of the book depends upon the availability of stocks.
